LYDECKER FAMILY YMCA

This project included 24,000 sf of renovated space and new construction for the Ormond Beach YMCA. Project to be completed in 4 phases. Phase 1 included a renovated olympic size pool and deck area, along with a new entry canopy. Phase 2 included the doggy park with entry canopy and expanded parking area. Phase 3 includes the construction of new wellness fitness area, indoor/outdoor group exercise rooms, cycling room, kids adventure/child care rooms, family and m/f locker rooms, Intergen area, healthy living room, and corporate office area, along with a family center/multipurpose building with commercial teaching kitchen. Phase 4 includes a 1/2 mile people/doggy fitness trail with exterior exercise pod areas.
